Hi, My name is Miss Aishwarya Nair. I have completed my post graduation in Zoology in 2017. My subjects of focus are English, Intermediate level Science, Biology and Zoology, Social Science and Indian Music. I have had experience, of teaching and working with students and people of different age groups starting from 3 onwards. I believe that I am a perfect fit for this noble profession, as I can not only deliver my content correctly, but also deliver it in a fun and interesting way ensuring that students or learners can retain it thoroughly. My sessions are not just explanatory, but also highly interactive and this makes my sessions a holistic learning experience for my students. I make it a point to establish a relation of respect, trust and love with my students thereby making it easy for them to approach me with doubts, queries and issues or also revert to me for feedbacks. I also make it a point to train students to write and present their content from the exam point of view thereby ensuring that they can shine on the academic front while learning in an engaging manner. Hence I believe that I am a perfect fit for this job.

    This job included doing marketing duties for this UAE based firm in India

    worked before the lockdown setting up the office single handedly was by far
    one of the most tricky yet learning sort of experience for me. Contacting
    people concerned with civil works, electrical works, getting permissions
    from the society, managing people by listening to their opinions and advice
    with a keen ear, budget management, allocation of funds, reporting to the
    head office promptly and so many other experiences and jobs which opened
    up a whole wide world of possibilities, choices and responsibilities involved
    while setting up a workplace to ensure that it becomes like a second home
    for not only me but for so many other future and potential employee

    Role : Handling Customer Queries and issues for Etisalat voice process. This was my first job in a corporate firm. Etisalat is one of the key telecommunications based service providers for UAE based countries. Joining this firm was a highly enriching experience . Other than learning about the features provided by Etisalat, the training included particular attention with regards to tolerance towards different nationalities and understanding their problems, issues and queries in an empathetic manner without judging them .This training also included VNA (Voice and Accent) training before we hit the floor officially. All in all the overall fun atmosphere combined with learning made this job a beautiful experience.

    This was my first job after my Masters. I was dealing with 2 students who
    had some issues with learning. When I joined as their tutor, I saw 2
    wonderful kids who just needed a little bit of shaping and direction with
    regards to the way they learnt their subject and wrote their papers. From
    starting with teaching them shortcut methods to retain their content better, to
    slowly correcting their handwriting flaws, improving their vocabulary and
    reading habits, it was only a matter of time before the kids and I had
    developed relation of trust yet respect, friendliness yet accountability and
    the results were stunning. Both kids whose percentages were within the
    ranges of '60s and '70s showed a marked rise to a range of '80s and '90s
    was truly a memorable experience for me
