Hello my dear friends, All of you know Ayurveda is a holistic and one of the oldest branch of medicine. Before you learn Ayurveda, you first learn how to see yourself from an Ayurvedic perceptive. Although some of you may experience little bit difficulty in understanding the basic concepts of Ayurveda. So friends I believe i can help you to sort out the difficulties using simple and easy methods.
