I have 28 years of professional experience and excellent exposure in HRM areas in Industrial organisations besides 15 years of Post graduate teaching (MA Psychology and MBA) and research guidance. I have conducted several trainings for the industrial workers for personality development and constructed a number of psychometric testing devices. I was a member of University Grands Commission NET examination evaluator and selection panel member of trainers for UGC governed colleges for 6 years. Still I am conducting motivational and induction classes for UG and PG students online. Passionate in teaching students always.

  • Director (Mar, 2018–Mar, 2020) at Kaynes Skill Park, Wayanad
    Skill development centre in Electronics was established with the assistance of Kaynes Technology, Mysore and ASAP, Govt of Kerala. About 100 students in electronics trade were given skill development and all of them were placed in good electronics companies. Further around 300 school children in Wayanad were given hands on training in LED light assembly and soldering technology as an additional skill. 36 BTech electronics students and 13 polytechnic Students were given project guidance to enable them to submit their projects as a part of University curriculum. Overall course development, maintaining discipline, projects, personality development of students, placements, liaison work with other schools and colleges were prime responsibilities. However due to the COVID pandemic the skill park activities were closed down in 2020.

    All courses, both UG and PG courses were under me and the responsibilities included were coordination of academic and non academic activities, placements, personality development of students, trainings, etc. Since the college was a residential one, activities extend from 7.00 AM till 8.30 PM everyday and students enjoyed it well.     ₹400–600/hour (US$4.68–7.02/hour)

    For beginners, fee fixed is at Rs.400/ per hour, for intermediary courses - fee chargeable is from Rs.400/ to Rs.500/ depending upon the course and for experts fee is Rs.600/- per hour.
