I am a one-mistake learner, & a high-performer myself. I live & breathe the mantra – “fail forward” meaning every action even if it results in failure takes you ahead of yourself. I invest a huge amount of my time, money, and energy as part of my relentless pursuit of personal and professional development.

What many people don’t know about me… is that I have spent close to 3 decades feeling “not good enough”, explaining my life choices too often than necessary. I have faced abandonment for my choices. I have felt invisible, incompetent, ignored, and isolated. I have been an underachiever right before I transitioned into coaching. I am myself an overthinker, perfectionist, an empath, an introvert. I get easily drained in crowded places. And I love working alone.

I have been a Corporate Compliance Professional for over 13 years in the Income-tax Compliance, Advisory, & Litigation space before transitioning into full time coaching.

I have built my coaching practice in the past 3 plus years by following an important principle of walking away from people and professions that are not aligned with my core values of trust, courage, and authenticity.
