I use discussions.assignments and one on one approach..in my current institution I have recorded an upward results graph..I believe in myself and reaching the learner at his / her weakest point. I believe together with the learner ..I can be of great help to help him / her realize the dream achievements in the desired area.Given a chance I can demonstrate the competitive nature on the required field.With my teaching experience I have witnessed transformation in learners attitudes and majority have made it to their next levels in their lives
