Hi..I am Rathin .. a MBBS student. I have been teaching NEET Biology teaching biology since last 5 years. According to the current pattern of NEET exam it is entirely NCERT. But unlike other subjects in NEET to excel in biology we neet to follow a different approach as it requires both understanding the concepts and memorising substantial amount data.

My teaching method includes a holistic approach
1. I make the concept easy to understand with the help of simplified diagram and flowchart
2. To help them in memorising data I use mnemonic and practical life examples .
3. Regular tests

Another problem that NEET students faces (including me ) while learning from teacher with higher educational qualifications and not from non medical backgrounds is they provides unnecessary information just to show there knowledge and to project them as larger than life characters in front of students, which is quite harmful for students as they become overwhelmed with information.
I always keep that in mind and always follow the approach of ’Minimum input but maximum output’

Also, Preparation for NEET is a long and tiring process, students loose motivation many times during . I understand that and try to make my teaching interesting and keep the students motivated.
