I always teach students on there level. my style of teaching is some different from others i always run with my student.in my 3 year experience of teaching the most of my students get 90+ percentage marks..
i am very proud on my students.
i put my ? percent efforts on my students one thing my belive that different from me and other is that i am checking my students struggle and effort on daily base. check their work on daily base. one important thing is that i always in starting 10-20mints discuss pervious lecture with my students.
in these 10-20m me and my students discuss the pervious lecture if there is a little bit problem of any one student then i resolved their problem then i go to next..
