My name is Rashmi Srivastava. I have been teaching and helping students for many years. Teaching requires a passionate and understanding mind. It is good that I have both. I have the quality to make students better understand the concepts and to understand them concretely. Getting into the concept is more important than to just learn it which is a thing that I do with students. I correct my students with every small mistake which they do and undoubtedly solve their doubts. Students are like molding clay, to whichever shape you mold them they do. And my job is to mold them in a manner that they have the knowledge and apply capacity after studying from me. The student should be able to win any type of question which come in front after studying a particular subject. This is what I do through my teaching. If roots are strong then automatically the plant is strong. This is my possible desire that my students make out the best from which they learn from me. They should be the person of value and ethics along with knowledge.
