For me, teaching Spanish language has transcended beyond a job or hobby into a passion. To further understand this language that has shaped my life, I have gone ahead to live in Spain, to experience its people and culture. And I can tell that nothing is more fascinating than a land filled with centuries old culture. I look forward to going back to live there, and I do recommend that for anyone who wants a good cultural immersion.
I have taken one step further, and incorporated this culture into my teaching as I understand that language is an extension of culture.
