the students whom i already taught have shown great interest in subjects after i became their online tutor.i realized that they like to compete with me and prove their strength to me .maybe they think that i respond to their queries and help them when they need me and i do not set them huge targets.they find target themselves and with the help of their parents and other people.i think the most important thing is to be there when they are in need and do not disturb with tasks they cant complete.
i am basically teaching in a way they can find their career path.the most important thing is to feel close with the subject.so i try to bring in real life examples so that they can understand the relevance so that the information stays longer in memory.
