I have been teaching for almost 2 years now. I do believe that as a teacher we should be strong communicators, good listener, focus more on collaboration instead working alone, patient, empathy, engaging and most of all a teacher should have cultural awareness. I am fun and engaging. I always make sure that at the end of our lesson my student learn a lot and have a smile on their faces.
