In my opinion real time experts can explain logics in a easy way and student can easily learn with simple step by step guidance. Am full stock developer having knowledge on different platforms. can explain how to create database structures along with stored procedures and relational diagrams.
I can give daily tasks(home work) on daily classes and give one sample project after completion of the course. I can create a whatsapp group so that student have a chance to send his questions in that.
Once complete the coaching i can give one real time project to the student. based on the student performance i can refer to the jobs.
I can give smart lectures like motivation classes between this course to improve student knowledge.
