I've been preparing my students to excel at those 3 components for 2 years now. I've improved the structure of IR based on the latest Cambridge training. In my exam preparation, we only focus on claims, arguments, and a final essay (the rest is too easy).
For a team project, we focus on mastering reflective writing, and for this, you need particular writing objectives.
