Over the past 15 years, I have worked as an English language teacher in classroom, virtual and even 1:1 settings.
I have exposed to commanding learners from different cultural background. I have taught students from South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, China, Turkey, Colombia and India. In addition to planning and delivering high-quality lessons, I am experienced in administering and evaluating assessments in preparation for IELTS, TOEIC and other English language preparation tests.
Having these students of varying academic and proficiency levels, I don't only have a well-developed teaching strategies it also drives me to be creative, patient and passionate in what I do.
It is my belief that implementing innovative, learner-centered methods in driving students to continue to explore and learn the English language and its culture with enthusiasm and interest.
My goal is to create and foster a communicative, supportive and appropriately challenged atmosphere where each student feels confident, develops eagerness to learn more and continue to acquire knowledge through the English language.

  • English Teacher (May, 2019–Jan, 2021) at Bo-Ai Elementary School, Tainan City (Taiwan)
    • Provided English language instruction with the use of content and language integral environment to 5th and 6th grade students of varying language proficiency.

    Teaching is an individualized learning. Each student has their reason why they want to learn/acquire the skill.
    I research and make my own materials and customized those material to the students' needs, level and language proficiency.
