I've been teaching English to college students since 1997. I also started teaching young kids when my kids were young. Most of my students are kids from the neighbourhood. Through teaching kids all these years, I've found the most efficient way of learning a language. I do not just teach in class. A very helpful factor for a child to learn a language most efficiently is to create a near-native-language environment at home. So the other more important service I provide is to instruct the parents what and how to do at home. With both the teacher and family's efforts together, we've seen great achievements students have accomplished.
