I provide intensive one-to-one English online/face-to-face tutoring classes for IGCSE and IB Diploma
students to develop their skills of textual analysis and critical thinking so as to be able to
appreciate the artistry of literature. The sessions are flexible and designed to strengthen
learners’ grasp of a range of texts, both literary and non-literary, from different periods, styles
and genres. The students will be trained to recognize the importance of contexts in which
texts are written. They will get support through a variety of learning-focused activities that
help them improve their skills to scan, filter and analyze different forms of texts and
communicate with clarity, relevance and accuracy. IB students will be trained to plan,
structure and write Theory of Knowledge (TOK) essays through practice.

Also, I train and inspire children, enthusiastic about participating in story and narrative writing
competitions, to unleash their creative powers. I have a passion and a knack for helping children unlock their original story ideas, turn them into readable prose by equipping them with tips and guidelines to write wellcrafted sentences. My creative writing sessions use unique and proven methodology to stimulate and stretch children’s imagination. I often give them writing prompts and encourage them to practise writing
stories. I prepare worksheets and study material, customised to the individual requirements of children
from different age groups, to help them explore the nuances of language and
understand different stylistic devices and basic story elements and learn how stories are structured,
characters invented and settings created.
