I teach Mindfulness Meditation as my core practice and I teach Mindful living as the secondary practice. This includes Mindful eating, emotional hygiene, stress reduction, managing anxiety, fear, procrastination and depression. I also help people quit addictions with the help of the practice.

I treat every student as a new and a unique human being with unique problems and goals. I believe everyone must be taught this practice in the best way suitable for them. I like to go in detail with what my students wish to achieve and what troubles them in the present moment.

Talking a little about the practice itself, Mindfulness Meditation is a way of living in harmony with the reality of the present moment. It is about radically accepting who we are, how we are and where we are in life. It is about finding peace in the here and the now and not craving for a special event in life to be happy. Happiness always lies within us and is readily available, is the mantra.

    Charges vary based on the students capacity and desire to pay. Money taken here is more like a donation in exchange for teaching meditation, not a strict charge as such. If someone with no money wants to learn meditation, I will more than willing will teach.
