I have been associated with the field of teaching for past 8 years. I prefer online teaching on teams or zoom. I use lecture method, computer aided instructions, demonstration method etc for teaching. Using different teaching styles and understanding students problems lead to good results and makes me a good teacher for students. Also focusing on students problems lead to better results.
