Actually students play an important role in our society .Teacher needs to make subject interesting for the student by his/her method of teaching.I love to teach my student with full interest n to focus more on their weak areas so that the student can improve by continuous effort and ask question regarding their problematic areas without hesitation.I try to focus more on understanding level through practice by the students then assessment.Alhamdullilah this methodology helps me alot in improvement n my students produce best result .I keep myself in touch with my students all the type.As a result of my effort the students work with full zeal n zest.Now my some of the students r on the track of better to best.I start appreciating my students when they try to produce better work.It gives them courage.I treat my students like my own kids n try my level best.Best wishes for future as well.
