With more than 5 years of experience as ESL, ESL by Cambridge, BUSINESS English and TOEFL teacher, I am adept in learning style assessments.Furthermore, while on-the- job experience has afforded me a well - rounded skill set, including first rate communication and analytical skills I am goal -oriented, focused, honest, and reliable person. I love teaching, love kids and adults and I also have the patience and skills to teach them English as a second language. As a person who strives in high - pressure and fast - paced situations, I strive for positive results through the application of my abilities in child development and differentiated instruction. Additionally, I possess expertise in lesson planning and an aptitude for optimizing performance and motivating colleagues. In any position, I am able to visualize success and identify innovative and effective strategies for achieving it.
