As a teacher I aspire to make education fun,energetic and integrated as this will motivate my learners to enjoy learning and it will also give them confidence to believe in their potential.
Mentoring my learners also helps them unlock more potential and in turn help me explore new teaching methods which eventually develops more skills for both the learner and I.
A learner/student centered teaching is the way to go for me! This makes learners more curious and eager to want more thus the learner is able to capture more concepts as all the focus is on them.
Communication is also a key factor in teaching when I enable my students to communicate freely they are able to learn more and ask questions in areas they do not understand this makes it even easier as the learning culture has been cultivated for the learners.
Giving assessments also helps both the learner and the student understand where more emphasis needs to be put, in this case different teaching approaches can be done for different topics or subjects so as the learner is able to benefit 100%
