I have taught 30 students in 2021 (more than half online). Students have improved by 3 grades on average.

My lesson style is either 1to1 or mini group (1to1 by rotation) depending on the student's needs. My lesson style is highly interactive, and I aim to constantly assess student's ability to grasp my explanation by holding mini quizzes during lesson.

While practice is key, the conscious effort to learn through pattern recognition is much more important than practicing itself. I'm confident I can contribute to improving students' results, as long as the student is willing to invest adequate effort together with me.
