I am an opportunity giver to all learners .I teach from known to unknown with all the competencies of learner centered activities, relevant teaching materials to support every students needs depending on his or her abilities,strengths and weaknesses.Im diverse in my teaching and do good relations to both local and international comparisons of what we learn to make it realistic in the real world.I ensure my students not only learn to be knowledgeable,but also to be compitent within themselves and in the world. This thus enables good achievement to my confidence and self realization is built in the students I teach and they are able to make good judgements of who they want to be,by setting achievable goals and working towards realizing them.My students become too scorers and benefit in self reliance and ability to work without followup.This greatly helps to build leadership skills in them and they grow to become hostic members of the society who have positive additional values to the society a d the world at large.My students undergo full growth.Academically, socially, emotional and physically.
