I mainly focus on building up interest level of the students on the subject I teach. Based on the criteria and need I try to teach each student so that they can learn the subject matter at it's peak. I try different types of teaching according to the students's need. The way I've learnt I always try to make it imbibed by the students. In my career, students are like Oxygen for me, I always feel proud if they achieve in their life no matter how big the success is.
