I am teacher with interactive teaching, I do assessment on the learners areas of weakness,and built on those areas with aim of making them improve.
After assessment of the same,I do topical revision on those areas;this is a step by step method that makes a Lerner to built on areas he/she is weak.
Previously, I have recorded high miniscores in Kiswahili,Science and mathematics.Highest being 73,70 and 71 respectively as mentioned above.
I believe am very competent when it comes to delivery on content to learners.I make follow ups even when the contract elapses.
