Nicole, Malaysia local native Chinese speaker with more than 15 years working & teaching experience for child and adult non-native speaker. Nicole started her career in education & training industry after quitting her permanent jobs from Sony Corporation.

Nicole currently holds an international certification for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (CTCSOL) recognize by Government of China. She found her passion in developing education materials dedicate to language learning specializing in Mandarin coaching for non-native speaker.

She is certified by “Train the Trainer” programme offered by HRDCorp under the Department of Human Resources Malaysia. Throughout her career, she has taught more than 500 professionals from different industry and expatriates from different countries learning Mandarin face to face. For expatriates whom are residing in Malaysia, Nicole have experience in training members of the ambassador directly from the Embassies of the respective countries.

The non-native learners she has taught not only come from different countries and age groups, but also have different learning goals. Nicole has accumulated rich experience in teaching foreigners for the past fifteen years of her teaching career. She is very good at organizing teaching materials according to the characteristics of students. She is also very patient and has an easy-going personality. She has great passion for teaching Mandarin and has a better understanding of what students need to learn.

    Nicole are constantly developing corporate training programme in order to enhance the learning capabilities of corporate Malaysia. Currently, for HRDCorp initiatives, there is limited programme on Mandarin as a corporate language for communication purposes and Nicole is task in enhancing on behalf of HRDCorp to provide online learning for Mandarin for all employees of Malaysian companies.
