This is Kalaivanmathi the one who has more passion towards teaching.
I am flexible with students while explaining the concepts and make students more comfort and feel free to ask queries relevant to subject.I can use various methods to teach the learning units and Grammar concepts.I can build a good relationship with students to make them learn better.I will encourage the student to learn new vocabularies which are helpful for their communication.I will appreciate the students not only to achieve success in academics but also in behavioral attitudes. I have good communication and listening skill which makes the students easy to interact.I can adapt myself according to the grade level of the students and make them to learn with more interest. I have more patience to repeat the concepts until they get understand.
