I am a professional teacher with over 5yrs teaching experience of Kiswahili and CRE at different levels (primary and secondary schools). I am a result oriented instructor who employs various learner centered strategies to enhance understanding of the content delivered. Over the years I have been working as a teacher I have always posted a positive improvement of learners scores both in internal and national examinations. My pedagogical skills are mainly focus on the individual learner and are tailored to suit their demands. This is so because learners are abled differently hence cannot be generalised.
