Hi every one, My name is Kalsoom Mir. I am at the platform of teacheron.com to serve you. I am a qualified Urdu teacher with 25 years of teaching experience. My qualification is B.Ed with MA Urdu. I belong to Pakistan & my native languages are Urdu & Punjabi but I know English as well. I attended several teachers training programs during my service arranged by Air Head Quarter PAF( Pakistan Air Force). I use digital pen & board, power point presentations prepared by myself during my online teaching. I am very friendly, devoted, empathetic, disciplined & hardworking teacher. I follow the step of Cognitive Domain from Blooms Taxonomy. I make my students to proceed from LOTS( Lower Order of Thinking Skills) to HOTS ( Higher Order of Thinking Skills). My teaching is some time student centered & some time teacher centered. I have skills in communication, listening collaboration, empathy. patience & adaptability. My teaching style is interactive, supportive & transparent. I involve my students in lesson by questioning & encourage them to ask questions as well without any hesitation. I always encourage them to participate actively in discussions. It increases their level of confidence. My results were always 100%.
I am also teaching on line Tajweed ul Quran rules from beginners to expert level at the plat form of Az zikr International Online Institute as online tutor. I qualified from Quran College, Az zikr online international institute & Ahl e zikr international online institute.

    Hi! My name is Kalsoom Mir. I am a qualified & trained teacher of Urdu with 25 years of teaching experience. My qualification is B.Ed & MA Urdu. I served in Fazaia Intermediate College Lahore Pakistan as a lecturer in BPS(basic pay scale 17) from 1999 to 2019. Prior to this I served in Fazaia Intermediate College Sargodha Pakistan at Primary level for 4 years and then in Fazaia Air Base Intermediate College Sargodha Pakistan at Intermediate level from 1997 t0 1998. My duties were to teach students Urdu as a subject & groom them in cocurricular activities as well, ie, speech contests, essay writing competitions & skits etc . I am a devoted, passionate, hardworking & friendly teacher having good listening & communication skills .I use different teaching methods & techniques in my teaching at different levels. I try my best to satisfy my students & make their concept completely clear. My results were always 100% and I received Commendation Certificates every year from the College management.
