I was once a student and I learnt that different students grasp details or information differently, with that in mind, I'll am tolerant and a patient teacher. It helps me to move with all students irrespective of their grasping acuity.
My methodology of teaching is by illustrations and graphics, I believe that the mind easily grasps information via diagrams than words. I tend to breakdown difficult concepts into digestible and understandable concepts. Lastly, I tend to give my students references so that they can expound on what they've learnt for better understanding.
My results are great, I get satisfied students both the slow and the fast learner, content and appreciative of the work we've done together.
I believe am greater teacher because I come one teaching and psychology, to understand my students and gauge my work on how it impacts them. Education should not only be a class work, it should also be practical in the outside world. I believe in creating a rapport with the student first to ease the tension, then work on the teaching aspect as we move on.

    I'm a Molecular Biologist, whose mandate has revolves around the Molecular and Microbiological techniques.
    As for the Microbiological techniques, I culture blood and cerebrospinal fluid samples, to identify, isolate and characterize bacteria. I use the API kits and the antimicrobial susceptibility test for characterization.
    As for the Molecular techniques, I extract both DNA and RNA from the nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs. I do conventional and real time PCR. I also do DNA sequencing using the Illumina iSeq 100.
