Hi there, you can call me Maika. I am a graduate of the Bachelor of Education. I have been a licensed professional teacher since 2017. I got my TESOL certificate from the International Open Academy. I am also a social media certified from Hubspot Academy. I had some part-time experience as a coordinator for an insurance company and an assistant in a medical records office. I've been an online English as a Second Language teacher for more than 2 years now. I taught ages ranging from 3 years old to working adults. I am fluent in English and Filipino with enough computer skill. I am open to learning more languages and cultural exchange as well. I am currently working as a freelance ESL teacher.

I am interested in watching different movies and TV series from other countries. My favorite is One Piece. I like playing with my pets or reading English novel. In the weekend I hang out with my friends, we travel or go swimming in the sea.

They said "There is nothing permanent except change", but change only follows when learning comes first, so here I am trying new things and learning more skills. Going out of your comfort zone takes tons of bravery and trusting a stranger may feel like it. I hope you will give me the chance to do the job and use my best capabilities to teach you.
