I am Quinter Onyango. I graduated with a BSc in Medical Biotechnology. However I love teaching, education in general. I love sharing knowledge with learners and interacting and prioritizing their needs in class. My teaching style involves more of Blended. I believe each learner has got their own capability in class. I use demonstrations, charts and virtual methods to pass across my points. My class is normally Learners based and also use Guided instructions where I teach/guide the student and test his/her understanding by giving test practice. So far have gotten positive results from my learners,most have improved. In order to gauge learners short and long term memory I give the students assignments at the end of each class and test exams every end month. The tests are usually through both Multiple Choice Questions and Essays depending on the student's level. I also like giving my students affirmative comments to boost their confidence and also to ensure that they know they are improving or doing good in class. I see myself as good listener, educative, very patient, dedicated and professional as a teacher.

    I have been tutoring in priority home based tuition from last year September. Have taught Science year 9,Mathematics year 9, Biology year 10, 11, 12 and 13 and Math year 11 for both Cambridge and Pearson during the period. The tutoring have been both one on one with individual student and online.
