With over 25 years of expertise in teaching IB Business Management and various international curriculums, including EDEXCEL A-Level, Cambridge IGCSE, O-Level, and A-Level, I am deeply committed to fostering academic excellence and guiding students to realize their full potential. My extensive experience includes examining IB Business Management HL Internal Assessments and Paper 1, as well as coordinating the Extended Essay program, where I have consistently supported students in achieving outstanding success.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of guiding students to global academic recognition. I have mentored four EDEXCEL A-Level Business World-Toppers, five Cambridge O-Level World-Toppers, three CIE A-Level World-Toppers, and two Cambridge IGCSE-Toppers. Furthermore, I have supported over 400 students in developing Extended Essays that have earned high grades, with more than 90% achieving an A* in CIE and a Grade 7 in IBDP Business Management.

My teaching approach is founded on inclusivity, with a commitment to understanding and accommodating the unique learning needs of each student, including those with learning differences. I strive to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that not only covers essential syllabus content but also adapts to diverse learning styles to maximize comprehension and retention. By incorporating interactive discussions and practical applications, I ensure that students not only grasp theoretical concepts but also develop the skills to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios. I am particularly known for bringing inclusiveness into the classroom, ensuring that every student, regardless of their learning needs, feels valued and encouraged to excel.

Beyond the classroom, I have contributed to the broader educational community by organizing orientation workshops for teachers, educational tours, and exhibitions. These initiatives aim to enhance the educational experience, foster a collaborative learning environment, and broaden students' perspectives.
