I believe all children should be provided with the opportunity and support to grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Part of my role as a teacher is to provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment as well as establish clear routines and essential agreements to encourage positive relationships in the classroom and online learning.
I have found working in the IBO PYP curriculum has had a positive impact on my teaching practice. I have been developed differentiated lesson plans as part of my role as the Bangla teacher which encourages hands-on, inquiry-based teaching and learning as well as taking into account the individual needs and interests of the children.
I am a lifelong learner and try to gain new skills, taking every opportunity to learn as well as taking responsibility for my own Professional Development. I am confident and interested in working in this position. I like to help students who are struggling in studying to get better in Bengali. I am a passionate teacher who has experience teaching from early years to high school. My teaching style is simple and effective. I teach in a friendly, patient, problem-solving manner. Due to recent pandemic affairs, I have been wanting to teach more students around the country.
