My name is Diana and I was born and raised in Kuwait. I lived the second half of my life in Canada but then returned to to live in Kuwait where I started my teaching career. I taught for 6 years in schools and also would tutor at homes. I also received my CELTA certification and taught English as a second language at a Center in Kuwait. After leaving Kuwait and moving to Beirut, I continued to tutor many students online for a few years. I also gave many private session to adults who wanted to learn English as a second language and Business English. For the past 7 years, I have been in the wellness industry and it has been great however, with the inflation we are dealing with, it has been hard to continue to work here which made me decide to return to my passion which is teaching. Since I am unable to leave Lebanon at this time, I am seeking online opportunities. Most parents I have worked with have kept in touch until now because I have a strong connection with my students always and this has been the biggest reason for their success. I teach in many different styles and because of my background in psychology, I understand that each students learns in different ways. I am passionate about what I do and the students always feel the care I provide them, which allows them to always want to give their 100%. English is my first language because I grew up attending American Schools and lived half my life in Montreal, Canada. I have an American accent and I am able to speak fluently and am very articulate in ways in which students respond very well. I am very vibrant and make sure I teach in different ways to keep the subject interesting for the student to learn.
