In yoga I will guide asanas from pantajali's ashtangyog and classical homoeopathic teaching which helps you in your daily practice as well as for academic purposes too.
Asanas include basic asana and dhyan and dharana concepts along with this pranayama too,before every asna teach you basic moves and importance of every process
