Effective teaching can be defined in many ways including teacher behavior (warmth, civility, clarity), teacher knowledge (of subject matter, of students), teacher beliefs, and so forth. According do me a teacher should first be a good friend of his or her student, understand their need and then impart knowledge. I teach using all modern techniques. So far my student's did very good results in ICSE and ISC. Am very thankful to my student's who made me so popular as a teacher.
