I believe in learning through reasoning. We discuss, participate and then apply the concepts by "do it yourself" approach.
Explore while learning.
Learning to trigger the thought process.
Learn to tackle challenges.
Result just follows.

"out-of-the-box" program for early birds(7th, 8th graders)
============================================
let be explain the purpose of the "out-of-the-box" program at such early stage. Normally, I'll talk to the student before inducting them into the program to understand how they think and how the reason out.
The program is aimed at developing sense of reasoning early in their lives through academics. The big drive to have the program comes from the fact that our curriculum lacks reasoning. The scores pour into the report cards with least of reasoning. It is good to score that way until primary grades. It becomes really difficult post. 12th graders get a setback when they try to connect with their academics as nothing is in straight line starting from that point onwards. Then comes competitive exams which is again sends chill down their spine. If we learn to reason out everything we come across early, you will be in a better position to chose your career path at the right time and then will be at easy with the flow. No fear of anything as you cannot live anything that you fear.😊. If we start reasoning, we will write olympiads or any other competitive exams with full excitement as we start seeing them as an opportunity. I'm not targeting any specific olympiads but anything that we do in these programs will get them ready for any olympiads coming forward. I mean I will never see olympiads as a target of few months and regression these tender kids but will see this as a long term relaxed mental activity that will help them take any challenge as an opportunity. I hope you understand.
I keep max 6 students in a session with duration of 90 min. Curriculum books are not followed but course will be covered. I take material from different sources and mostly I design my own conceptual modelling most of the time.
Resources followed -
- NCERT books
- Pearson IIT foundation resources
- MTG publication for reasoning and practice questions.
Important is the reasoning part in the learning process, irrespective of the what resources you chose.

Foundation course for 9th and 10th graders
==================================
program is designed keeping in mind interests of students in Physics and Mathematics subjects. The program is aimed at developing the interest in the subjects further by introducing conceptual/mathematical modelling of the concepts. We take algorithm approach to solve any problem by breaking them into simple and easy steps. No readymade solution is provided but a discussion is initiated to brainstorm the conceptual understanding of the concepts involved to find the solution. This approach brings out the best in the participant. Various approaches are discussed to arrive at a solution. This approach just focused on the reasoning to approach a solution. Use your own reasoning keeping in mind the facts related with the concepts, to arrive at the solution.
With the above approach, learning becomes interesting and remains for ever. Advanced topics are covered without participants knowing the boundaries of levels involved. To crack any competitive exam, we just need to
- analyse the problem statement
- collect all the information given explicit/implicit
- model the concept with the help of conceptual diagram
- split the problem into small but related steps
- integrate results from each step to reach the solution.
If they follow the above algo/flow based thinking to approach a solution, they will find it exciting to work on a solution and practicing analysing and reasoning to resolve a problem. This is the approach needed to face challenges like IIT, NEET, Olympiads. If they start right approach early, they are well equipped to face the challenges at the right age.
Challenges should be seen as an opportunities to apply our learnings. We should be excited to face challenges only then your learning is meaningful.

11th and 12th graders
===================
if you have learnt with reasoning in your past, you dont need assistance in the higher grades. If you still wish to start learning the right way, the only way would be to work very hard to practice reasoning. The approach in 11th and 12th grade is only from point of view of further challenges faced. The conceptual books are followed -
- HC Verma(Physics)
- Irodov.(Physics)
-Resnick Halliday
- Thomas( calculus)
- Hall and knight(algebra)
and many more ....
Enjoy learning and become confident and fearless to face challenges lying ahead....

small changes becomes big changes

Sameer sir is a truly inspiring teacher with a remarkable approach to learning. Rather than simply providing answers, he begins each lesson by encouraging us to think deeply, asking thought-provoking questions that guide us to explore ideas from multiple perspectives. This unique method helps open our minds to new ways of thinking, allowing us to see and understand concepts in ways we might never have considered
His teaching style is especially effective in math and physics, where understanding complex ideas is essential. By actively engaging us in the problem-solving process, he ensures that we fully grasp each concept
His questions push us to find our own solutions, instilling confidence and preparing us to tackle any challenge. This way of teaching has made me more perceptive and self-reliant, empowering me to approach problems independently with curiosity and insight.

"Empowering and Inspiring: A Reflective Review of an Exceptional Teacher's Impact"

I am studying in class 11 and have taken a course for competetive exam(JEE).
Sameer sir employs a truly transformative teaching method that sets a high standard for learning. Rather than merely presenting information, he starts by making us think deeply about the problems at hand. This process encourages us to open our minds to new perspectives, allowing us to perceive and understand things in ways we hadn’t before.

His approach to teaching math and physics is incredibly effective. He doesn’t just walk us through the solutions—instead, he guides us with thought-provoking questions, prompting us to explore concepts on our own. This not only deepens our understanding but also strengthens our problem-solving skills. We’re not simply memorizing formulas or methods; we’re learning how to think critically and tackle any challenge with confidence.

Through this process, he equips us to become independent thinkers, ready to handle complex problems on our own. His ability to make us think and discover solutions for ourselves is what makes his teaching so impactful and empowering.

Learning from First Principles

Imagine a chef who follows a new recipe to the letter. No matter how it looks, no matter how good the reviews the recipe has, if the dish doesn't taste good, we know something is wrong. A sense of taste is the ultimate cooking tool.

When learning, we defer to external indicators (tests, grades, teachers) to inform us we've learned something. External standards are made to be objective and easily verifiable (Did you pick the correct answer?), but the important, subjective question is how well a concept sits in your mind. Did you actually experience it? Were you able to reason and understand the concept? Were you fueled by curiosity to go deeper to seek and learn?

I have first-hand witnessed this process to work for my sons (5th & 11th grades respectively). As Sameer described his flow based thinking approach to learning, is shaping both of my sons who are on extreme ends with their learning approaches.
The way I understand what happed to their learning process, the 3 elements are consistent in Sameer’s approach.

1. Topics are Understandable: Did I have an aha! moment? Can I explain the concept in simple language? Does it connect to other topics I know?
2. Sessions are Memorable: Do I have an analogy, diagram, or example that will stick with me for months or years?
3. Time spent with Sameer is Enjoyable: Do I want to revisit or use this knowledge?

Sameer’s small batch size ensures personalized attention, diverse learning resources from multiple reputable sources makes it cover all boards (CBSE, IGCSE, ICSE), focus on making learning enjoyable rather than stressful and emphasis on long-term development versus short-term exam preparation.

I highly recommend Sameer. Let your kid (better version of yourself!) take a few sessions and ask him/her… “What did you experience?”

Deep dive in to Physics and Maths

My son has been taking classes from Sameer Sir for the past year. Sir has a very unique teaching methodology. He dissects the concepts and teaches the entire concept from the ground up. His way of teaching is very different. He does not directly teach formulae but makes the children understand the concept to its core to such an extent that students are able to derive the formula on their own. His sessions are so interactive that students feel enthusiastic to attend the session. He does not only teach but involves students in deep discussions regarding the particular topic. We as parents are very happy and grateful to Sameer Sir for his guidance and support. Would highly recommend Sameer Sir to anyone seeking an exceptional Physics and Maths teacher.

Fundamental understanding of concepts

I have recently enrolled my children into this tuition and the results have been very fruitful. Instead of memorising concepts and formulae they are able to dive deep into the problem and derive their own unique method of solving it. Not only have their results improved but they are able to think out of the box and think for themselves. His focus on self directed learning with assistance has helped my children apply the concept into situations which aren't traditionally taught. His no boundary approach has helped remove any cliffhangers and doubts regarding the concept by going into the depth of the concept, irrespective of grade. Both my children are very happy with this course, and I thank Sameer Sir for making them fall in love and with learning again.

Fundamental and conceptual understanding of maths and physics

I highly recommend Sameer Sir as a tutor for his exceptional ability to teach math and physics. His engaging style connects very well with students, creating a supportive environment that encourages learning beyond just concepts. He helps students to visualize what is being taught. He motivates and encourages his students to think, analyze, and question. My son joined in 9th grade for the foundation course which has helped deepen his fundamental and conceptual understanding of maths and physics and is continuing the course in his 10th grade.
Sameer Sir's patience and dedication ensure that students understand thoroughly and gain in-depth knowledge of the subject. Learning happens through brainstorming and discussions, bringing out the best in the student instead of just conventional blackboard teaching. Topics are covered comprehensively without any boundary drawn to differentiate 10th or 11th grade.
I highly recommend Sameer Sir's coaching in maths and physics.
