The methodology of my teaching is demonstrating and lecture method but for online students it's a very fruitful environment I ever wanted because I want to make sure my students learning through asking questions related to the topic and I believe that the discussing style promotes learning through interaction. Online learning is the best and top methodology of teaching.Besides this I have a command on excellent communication skills good subject and curriculum knowledge. And this is what I believe that a student is the product of her/his teacher a good teacher knows what motivates each student, and works with students as a partner in learning. Good teachers have desire, a positive attitude and take risks. The quality of a good teacher include communication skills, listening skills, collaboration skills, adaptability skills, empathy and patience. A good teacher have demonstrates leadership in teaching e.g contribute to course design and structure, contributes to publication on education, demonstrates creativity in teaching strategies, committed to professional development in education, evidence of self development in an educational context, encourage students to learn from mistakes, encourage students questions and engagement in the learning process etc
