I am keen, very particular,strict on punctuality of the student.
I prefer having a discussion rather than lecturing.Therefore before the next lesson, i would share topics on what we will cover on the next session, so the student can research on their own,and have an idea on what to expect.
I believe in having a quick question session after the lesson so as to recap the taught topic.
Through that i can assess if the topic was well understood and if not i can give out extra work on the same.
