I have a very keen interest in Yoga and It's practice,
Therefore I am very passionate about this art and Teach,Transmit this science with Full effort and commitment.
I belive as Everybody have a body,mind,soul and yoga is all about developing a UNION among these in harmonious way leading to eternal happiness and bliss.
Yoga Awareness and it's practice is need of hour to o live a life of meaning,purpose,fullfilment.

Basically I teach Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga.
As I belive each person constitution is different so yoga practice for everyone is different.

I strongly belive yoga has power to transform your life into effortless,playfull,focused,well focused life.

About me important thiing is I don't teach yoga,I live Yoga in each and every moment of life.
If hoga is not transform ing your life then you are not at all practicing yoga.
