I teach data analytics using R/Python programming to anyone who's interested in starting a career in this domain. I specialize in bioinformatics, which lies at the intersection of biology and computation. I will not only concentrate on the development of your programming skills but also on the essential statistical concepts required to grasp the subject matter properly. At the end of each session, you will feel confident to take on newer real-world problems. In addition to this, I teach bioinformatics tools and techniques such as DNA-seq, RNA-seq (both bulk and single-cell), and metabolomic data analysis to complete newcomers in this field. I am also well-versed in the implementation of popular machine-learning tools in R/python. I will gladly guide you if you decide to take an R-based genomics course and need help with the course content. If you plan to learn the basics to aim for a successful career in either data analytics or bioinformatics, I can help you achieve that goal. I consider myself an everyday learner and will take a personalized approach by tailoring the pace of teaching for each and every new student. I respect deadlines and will provide clean, readable code in R and also provide guidance on completing class projects/assignments. In case of assignments and class projects, I will provide detailed online sessions on the final report and codes so that the student performs well in viva sessions and end-of-course presentations.
