I am Dr Varalakshmi ramakrishnan, MD goldmedalist, working as assistant professor, have 8yrs of experience in teaching..
My highlights of teaching will be visual based, student friendly, understanding the basics, making the concepts easy by giving mneumonics to remember, very important how to present the paper in exams .
What makes me a great teacher - student friendly, understand the basics, paper presentation, my ppt presentation, training my students to achieve the best by sharing the clinical knowledge, make my students good in the subjects..
Students results will show the level of my teaching... I am sure my students will be definitely benefited and happy with my teaching as I have the tricks to teach all types of students, go to their level and understand what they know, later decide the type of teaching needed for them... I beleive hard work with smart work is needed to succeed in life... As I am a goldmedalist I have gone through many examination will make my students to study n represent at the best to score marks.. and gain knowledge.
