I believe in delivering the knowledge in a simplest way possible. Non-complex examples can help the students retain knowledge for life. Interacting with the student irrespective of their knowledge and giving them the opportunity to share their point helps the teacher analyse the student and work upon his/her deficiencies. I strongly believe that every student is capable of understanding the subject only if the teacher knows how to rightly deliver it. My interaction with my students and urge to make them give their best in both the day to day and practical life is what makes me a great teacher. We can't go for touching the stars if we don't appreciate holding onto the fireflies.
