Am Elisha Silah teaching biology and chemistry. I am enthusiastic with great teaching experience. My ability makes teaching easy and my students excel with the highest grades. I am an encouraging educator able to keep control in classes. I have currently taught students who have excelled well in their subjects. I have worked with various organization and they have shown to love my teaching skills. I believe am one of the best educators since students love me for the precise presentation of my work. I communicate well with students and i am a result oriented person. In recent past i have worked with six students who were poor in biology and they improved massively in their results. One got an A- and the least got a B plain.The students showed a great appreciation to me. I am well mannered,disciplined and most important time consious. I speak fluent English Swahili French and kamba language. This helps me to present my work well to my learners. My ability to understand how students relate enables me to work smoothly with them. I also relate well with other people and indeed no regrets for choosing me.
