I have done my master in physics and my objective is to continue my profession as an educationaist and encourage them to participate in positive initiatives. My methadology is to engaged students while online class with alot of questions regarding to topic ..making PowerPoint presentation for them for their learning during online class.. if any one of them facing any difficulty I can guide them properlygive them assignments and take online qizes for their better result. Ask question during online session..understand your student if they are facing any difficulty you can solved it.
