I have been teaching Yoga & Meditation for Fresh & Experienced people basis their need for more than 15 years. I have an experience of teaching overseas as well and currently teaching students Online for Yoga & Meditation.

My Master degree in Yogic Science and training from Ministry of Ayush enables me to understand, plan and customize the individual need and teach Yoga & Meditation. It will be interactive sessions even though it is online and will be customized purely basis the individual need not the standard ones.
