I am passionate all around wellness coach. I am Certified and experienced Yoga teacher cum therapist, pursuing PHD In Yoga.
Over the last ten years I have helped hundreds of people to feel healthier, happier, transform themselves
My classes tend to be dynamic (I specialize in power yoga and elite fitness) but I follow a hklistic approach when addressing my students' overall wellness, including physical and mental health nutrition, lifestyle choices (and changes) and guide them along the way
I teach all levels of fitness and work also with special groups (seniors, women in menopause, depression, cancer survivors)
Each and everyone of my students is unique and will design a wellness program specific yo their needs.

I am specialist in weight loss, flexibility, Meditation, Pranayama, Kriyas, cardio exercises and many more. I am an experienced Celebrity Yoga trainer.

Since Childhood I have been doing Yoga. Yoga is my passion. Many clients are very satisfied to do yoga with me.
I teach Asanas, meditation, kriyas, pranayama, chanting, etc.
I will help how to control your mind. Children, Old persons, and adults also could gain their concentration level. You will gain hard immunity by practicing yoga.
