:
• Food security programme assessment and mapping, rural development through sustainable agriculture, land use planning and national land reform auditing, agro- socio- economic/ need assessment surveying and agricultural project monitoring and evaluation,
• Planning and setting of key result areas and annual work plans, weekly itineraries, monthly reporting,
• Organisation of master farmer training programmes and resources, agricultural shows and field days i.e. participants, venues and other logistical issues,
• Organisation of meetings and workshops with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and all stakeholders in agriculture at ward level,
• Monitoring and Evaluation of agricultural projects at ward, district and provincial level,
• Giving guidance to contact farmers, farmer groups and apprenticeship students at ward and district levels through participatory approach,
• Providing training and conducting performance evaluation of general farmers, master farmer trainees and agricultural college apprenticeship students in completing their college assessment forms,
• Providing training to farmers in dry land crop production and irrigated crop production i.e. agronomy (grains and oilseeds), horticulture (pomology, olericulture, floriculture, landscaping and nursery management), livestock production and general farm management practices and
• Emergency civil service duty calls.
