My name is Daisy Atieno. I am a registerd nurse by profession. I am passionate about nursing, reproductive and mental health among other health topics. I love teaching and I believe every student should be given an opportunity to learn at their best of understanding. Some of my teaching methodologies include online one-on-one with individual students, online group work, and online lecturing. I also like giving my students case study assignments to help them understand the clinical situations that they are being taught. I am a result oriented nurse educator who believes that every student is capable when coached right. I am a naturally caring, patient and understanding person. I believe that with my education, experience and personal experience I can be of help to a student who is struggling to understand things taught in class. I am always ready to go an extra mile of giving extra classes to my students if did not understand something taught in class.
